Private yoga lessons are very different from group classes. The time is dedicated to what YOU need.  The lesson takes the shape of YOU. Creating a shift in both mind and body to bring you back home to yourself.

Private sessions are for you if:

You are recovering from and injury and would like to create strength, stability, and mobility in the body.

You think yoga and yoga studios are weird and just want the benefits but not all of the spiritual stuff.

SEMI-PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

Same as private but with 1 other person.  Great way for couples, friends, and family members to spend time together learning and taking care of themselves.   

Private group (more than 2 people) classes can be arranged.  They are a great way to spend time together

for girls nights, showers, family time, etc... please inquire.
